AI consultant: clarity through conversation
Sometimes you don’t need more advice — you need a calm dialog that helps you hear yourself. When thoughts are scattered, options multiply, and you can’t tell what matters, a short conversation can turn “noise” into one clear move.
In MeIn5, the AI consultant lives inside the 5-minute What’s Next session. It opens as a modal window, so you can use it right where you are — during the survey, topic selection, planning, or daily actions.
What the AI consultant does
- Asks clarifying questions (without rushing).
- Helps you name constraints, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Summarizes what you said in a structured way.
- Helps you land on a realistic next action you can actually do.
When to open it
- When you feel stuck or overloaded.
- When you have two competing options.
- When you keep postponing a decision.
- When you want to turn insight into action.
If you’re on mobile, it’s the small round AI button. On desktop, it’s available from the sidebar panel.
How to use it well
- Start with the situation, not the conclusion.
- Add constraints: time, energy, resources.
- Ask for structure: “Ask me 5 questions”, “Summarize as…”.
- End with a next action: “What is a 10–15 minute step I can do today?”
Example prompts
- “Ask me 5 questions to clarify what I actually want.”
- “Help me choose between A and B — give me a rule, not a list.”
- “Summarize this as: Context / Options / Decision rule / Next action.”
- “I have 20 minutes and low energy. What’s the smallest next step?”
What it is not
The AI consultant is not a therapist, doctor, or emergency service. It doesn’t provide diagnoses.
If you are in crisis or need professional support, please reach out to people you trust or to local support services.
