About MeIn5
MeIn5 helps you understand what’s going on with you right now and figure out what to do next. No motivational speeches, no streaks, no one trying to “fix” you.
What this is, really
MeIn5 works like this: first, you answer a few questions about how you’re doing right now. Then you get a short, concrete suggestion for what to do next. It’s for those moments when you feel stuck and don’t know where to start.
After 5 questions, you get an AI-written breakdown of your current situation. Then you pick a direction: what area of your life you want to work on, what the problem is, and what you want to change.
If you want to keep going, you can unlock a 30-day program with daily steps, regular check-ins, and progress reviews. If not — you can stop after the analysis. No obligations.
Who it fits best
- When you have so many things on your mind that you keep putting off decisions — not because you’re lazy, but because everything feels overwhelming.
- When you need a small, specific thing to do today instead of a big plan that starts “next Monday”.
- When you want to think about yourself in an organized way, but don’t want to spend 40 minutes journaling.
- When it’s important to you to pick up where you left off instead of starting from scratch every time.
Who it probably won’t fit
- If you need therapy, a diagnosis, or crisis support — MeIn5 doesn’t do that.
- If you’re looking for a task manager, a planner, or a habit tracker with streaks and rewards.
- If you expect AI to understand everything about you without any input — it only works with what you actually tell it.
- If it’s important to you that your text never leaves your device: some data is sent to the AI provider to generate your results.
What progress looks like in 7–14 days
Don’t expect a dramatic transformation. What usually happens is simpler: you stop spinning in circles and start doing small things that actually make sense.
Here’s what people typically notice in the first 1–2 weeks:
- You don’t have to come up with a new plan every morning — your direction and next step are already saved.
- You build up a few small actions that you can realistically repeat.
- Check-ins show you whether things are getting better or worse across 5 simple measures.
- You start to see what keeps getting in your way: too much on your plate, fear, unclear priorities, or setting the bar too high.
If things are really hard right now, progress might look like “I feel a bit less tense” or “I did one small thing”. That counts too.
Why we don’t rely on motivation
Motivation disappears exactly when things get hard. And telling yourself “just push through and do it perfectly” usually makes you avoid doing anything at all.
MeIn5 works differently: instead of trying to pump you up, it helps you see one specific thing you can do right now. The daily structure (why today → a short warm-up → 1–4 actions) lets you keep moving even when you don’t feel like it.
Why the start is so short
Five minutes is the entry point. We keep the start short on purpose, because “I need to do this properly” is one of the main reasons people never start.
You spend 3–5 minutes figuring out where you are and picking a step. The step itself might take 5–45 minutes, but you decide how much you can handle today.
What AI does here — and what it doesn’t
AI in MeIn5 doesn’t make decisions for you. It takes your short answers and turns them into something useful: a summary of what’s happening, what matters most right now, and what steps might help.
We limit AI on purpose: it only works within specific stages (analysis → plan → daily step → review). It’s not an endless chatbot that talks about everything.
AI does
- Explains your survey results in a structured way.
- Creates a 30-day plan and daily steps (after you unlock course access).
- After check-ins, summarizes what changed and suggests whether to slow down or speed up.
- In the optional consultant chat, helps you think through a specific situation.
AI doesn’t
- Doesn’t diagnose anything and isn’t emergency support.
- Doesn’t know your life beyond what you type into MeIn5.
- Doesn’t guarantee the “right” answer — sometimes it’s wrong or too generic.
Your data and privacy
MeIn5 remembers your answers, your direction, and how far you’ve gotten. That’s what lets it pick up where you left off and give you advice that actually fits your situation.
You can delete your account anytime. For full details, see the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
- We store: survey answers, topic (area/problem/goal), completed days, check‑ins, and (optionally) notes and chat history.
- We don’t store full card payment details (that’s handled by the payment provider).
How MeIn5 is different
From productivity apps
Productivity tools help you manage tasks. MeIn5 is for when you have too many tasks, or when you’re not sure which ones actually matter.
From habit trackers
Habit trackers rely on discipline and streaks. MeIn5 has no streaks and no punishment for taking a break — you just continue from the day you stopped.
From therapy / coaching
Therapy and coaching go deeper and work differently. MeIn5 can be a short daily routine between sessions, or when you’re not ready for something intensive — but it’s not a replacement for professional help.
If you’re not sure about this — that’s okay
What if it’s just “pretty AI text”?
The text is just the starting point. What matters is the small actions and the fact that your progress is saved. If all you need right now is to understand where you are — stop after the analysis.
What if I can’t describe my “problem” and “goal” well?
Just write a rough draft. You don’t need perfect words. You can change your direction later and the system will rebuild your plan around the new context.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes. The survey and AI analysis work without any registration. You only need an account if you want to save your progress and unlock the 30-day program.
