This Refund Policy explains when refunds may (or may not) be issued for purchases made on MeIn5.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that MeIn5 provides digital services and access that can be delivered immediately.

Non-refundable purchases

Payments for digital access are generally non-refundable once the service is provided (for example, when course access is granted).

Please review the product description and pricing before you complete the checkout.

Possible exceptions

We may review refund requests in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate charges for the same purchase.
  • A technical error that prevented you from receiving the purchased access.
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification by the payment provider).
  • Other cases where a refund is required by applicable law.

How to request a review

To request a review, contact support and include your account email and payment details so we can locate the transaction.

  • Email used in your MeIn5 account (or the email you entered at checkout).
  • Transaction ID / receipt and the payment date.
  • The amount and currency.
  • A short description of the issue (and screenshots, if relevant).

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may temporarily restrict access to paid features while the dispute is being investigated.
