How long does the assessment take?+
Most people get through the initial questions in 3–5 minutes.
Do I need to register to start?+
No. You can start the survey and get your AI analysis without signing up. Registration is only needed to save progress and unlock the 30‑day cycle.
Why didn’t I receive the daily recommendation email?+
The email is sent on the scheduled day in your time zone after you confirm your email. If the day isn’t scheduled yet or your email isn’t confirmed, it won’t send. Also check your spam or promotions folders.
What can I do without paying?+
Survey analysis is free. Time Capsule, your 30-day plan, daily recommendations, and AI consultant are available after course unlock (one-time payment).

When is AI consultant available?+
AI consultant is available after full 30-day plan unlock.
Is there a subscription?+
No. Course access is a one-time payment with no recurring billing.
Is my data private?+
Yes. We keep your answers private and only use them to generate your guidance. We never sell your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
What data do you store and why?+
We store your account details, reflections, and usage data to provide personalized guidance. All data is encrypted and you can delete it anytime from your account settings.
Is this medical or psychological advice?+
No. MeIn5 is a self-reflection tool, not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
